Please Note: The box offices will be open half an hour before every performance.
How to Pay
Cash: In person during our box office opening hours.
Cheques: Can be accepted in person, with a valid cheque guarantee card or may be sent to the relevant venue, enclosing a S.A.E.
Credit/Debit: Tickets may be purchased with Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro or Electron either in person or via telephone. Please Note: There is a £1.50 booking fee for all telephone bookings.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once tickets have been purchased they cannot be exchanged or refunded. The box office will attempt to resell any returned tickets on the understanding that the venues own available seats take priority. Resold tickets are subject to a £1 fee per ticket.
Groups and Schools Bookings
We can offer your group some fantastic savings for the majority of our shows, which will make your visit as affordable as possible, including drinks offers, organiser benefits and reserved seating.

Accessibility
Access by everyone is essential to our venues, we provide the following services:
- A lift providing access to first floor conferencing rooms.
- Induction Loop System in Main Hall & Sheldrake Suite
- Adapted toilet for use of disabled visitors.
- Access/Guide Dogs are welcome in all areas of the venue.
To ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible for your visit we recommend that you mention any special needs that you may have when booking tickets.
