Get down to The Dolphin for fun-filled family time during the summer holidays. Every Friday throughout Summer until July to 27th August 3:00pm – 5:00pm

During term time Roller Disco will take place on Saturdays.

Suitable for children aged 8+. Every Wednesday.

  • 4pm till 5 pm for Beginners
  • 5pm till 6pm for Improvers

Gymnastics

  • Adult and Toddler Gymnastics: A fun introduction to very basic gymnastic movements including running, jumping and balancing — with an adult on hand to steady little hands and legs.
  • Toddler Gymnastics: Basic gymnastics movements in a fun class, without parental help.
  • Junior Gymnastics: Gymnastics for girls including floor, vault, bars and beam, working towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme.

Tumble Time

  • Ages 3-5yrs: a fun lesson for toddlers encouraging them to develop their self confidence and physical well being including, skipping and ball skills using a variety of equipment. Thursdays 1.30pm – 2.15pm.

Trampolining

  • Toddler Trampolining: A fun introduction to Gymnastics for the younger child. Helps your child to improve balance, co-ordination and movement.
  • Junior Trampolining: Courses are structured around the British Gymnastics Award Scheme. All abilities are catered for from complete beginners to the more advanced.

Badminton

Our courses cover all aspects of the game including racket handling and the new scoring rules. Structured around Badminton England.

Tennis

Mini-Tennis is conducted indoors with equipment suitable for youngsters. The course is available for 3 to 7 year olds. All courses are structured around the LTA.

Karate

SHORINJIRYU RENSHINKAN KARATE DO

Course: Introduction to Junior Karate

Pee Wee (5 – 7 years) – Wednesdays 4pm till 5pm

Junior (8 – 16 years) – Wednesdays 5pm till 6.30pm

The focus of the course will be to give students a realistic taste of the full rigours of traditional karate training. The focus of the training is primarily on the development of good character. Discipline, focus, commitment, sensitivity, hard work, peace and harmony are the core values of the School.

Students will learn basic kicking, punching and blocking techniques which are fundamental to the art, and by the end of the course should be able to perform the first kata.

If the students and the parents are both happy at the end of the course, then they will be given the opportunity to join the Shorinjiryu Renshinkan Karate School.
