Squash

The Dolphin

We have four courts to offer: two coloured and two white. The Dolphin Squash League is run on an on-going basis with divisions to suit all standards. Four teams from the league play in the county league. League entry forms can be obtained from reception.

The Triangle

There are two standard white courts and two glass-backed courts on offer.

Burgess Hill Squash Club hire courts on a regular basis and also has teams in the County League.

Kings Centre

We have two standard squash courts available for use. There is currently no league in operation. Mini Squash coaching is available to 7-11 year olds.

Mini-Squash

Mini Squash is the England Squash approved game for children aged 5 to 11, and the first stages within this programme are ideal for children in school years 2 to 5 – an ideal introduction to the sport. This exciting game fits the needs of younger children and is played using specialised equipment designed to help children develop core skills such as catching, throwing, co-ordination and movement skills.
