Mental Health & Wellbeing ‘Be Active’ Sessions

A partnership project between Freedom Leisure, Sussex Oakleaf and Sussex Partnership NHS Trust.

The Dolphin

Sessions can include:

Badminton, Fun Circuits, Badminton and Table Tennis, Football Skills, Swimming.

Anyone wishing to come along must be referred by the Sussex Partnership team, please call 01444 457337 or 07917 034 520.

Price
£3 per session including dry and wet activity.
£2.20 per swimming session.

The Triangle

Mondays 2.00pm – 4.30pm

Activities available

• Badminton, Short Tennis, Table Tennis and Short-Mat Bowls in half of the main hall
• Squash in the Courts
• Tennis on the outdoor courts

Additional option

• Swimming – competition pool or leisure pool depending the public swim times.

Buses to the centre

The current Compass bus routes which include The Triangle are as follows;

33 – Circular service connecting Hurstpierpoint, Haywards Heath, Hassocks & Ditchling.
36 – Circular Service, Burgess Hill Town Centre Services
37 – Circular service (reverse of the 36).
100 – Pulborough, Storrington, Steyning & Henfield
