Our experienced staff are committed to providing outstanding service and we strive to create the perfect environment for physical activity and relaxation. We welcome all visitors to our centres.

We actively encourage and welcome feedback as it helps us to improve our service in every aspect.

Tell us about your experience…

Let us know your comments, suggestions and views – help us improve and develop our services! We take on board your comments and feedback, and value your input. We listen and responds to constructive ideas!

Each month we produce a ‘Tell Us’ report (with customer comments and our response), and you will find the latest report displayed on the Customer Service notice board at each centre.

We want to know about your experiences good or bad. Please help us to help you by taking time to complete a Customer Comment Form. Download a form and either post or drop into your local Olympos centre. Customer Comment Form [PDF 97kb] Printed copies can be found at reception.

Customer Charter

Freedom Leisure are customer focused – it is our aim to take every opportunity to engage in positive contact with our customers, to create an environment that ensures every customer enjoys each visit.


Exit Interviews

We conduct quarterly Exit Interviews at each centre, this involves members and visitors scoring 7 questions with a rating of ‘Very satisfied’, ‘Satisfied’ or Not satisfied’ based on their visit to the centre, and the service that they received during that visit. It also offers an opportunity to provide any comments or suggestions on how we could improve our current level of service.

Customer Focus groups and Forums

We meet with customers on a regular basis to listen to their views and suggestions on specific topics, such as Catering or Fitness Classes, to help us develop and improve what we do. If you are interested in participating in a Focus Group or Forum please email

Staff Reward Scheme

Have you received excellent customer service? Did one of our staff go that extra mile? Then let us know so that we can reward them! Simply send an email to the centre manager and include the name of the staff member, and outline what they did well.
